Follow the Android or iPhone path below until the home-screen icon opens cleanly, then sign in with your existing account. Use the download hub first if you still need to fetch the package.
A clean setup in Dhaka, Chattogram, or elsewhere starts with space, signal, and the correct phone path—not with rushing a cricket toss timer.
Android uses APK notes on the APK page. iPhone uses the PWA steps on this page after the download hub.
Delete old incomplete APKs and clear cache if installs fail midway on mid-range phones.
Have your registered phone/email and password. Recovery tips stay on the login page.
Brand menus differ slightly (Samsung, Xiaomi, Realme, Vivo, and others), but the order below stays the same.
Start from the download hub. Do not open chat-shared APKs.
Confirm the download finished. Partial files often look “installed” then crash on open.
If Android blocks the install, enable permission only for the browser/file manager you just used.
Check the app name on the prompt, then continue until “done” or “open” appears.
Use existing credentials. New users should finish registration first—not a second signup after install.
Turn off extra “install unknown apps” access for that browser afterward when your phone allows it.
iPhone users add a home-screen web app instead of an APK. Use Safari for the most reliable Add to Home Screen flow.
If the Share sheet looks different after an iOS update, search “Add to Home Screen” inside the share options before switching browsers.
These are the stops Bangladesh players hit most often during evening peak hours.
| Symptom | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Install blocked | Source permission off | Allow trusted browser/file manager once, then retry |
| App closes immediately | Incomplete APK or old conflict | Delete partial file, re-download from official hub |
| PWA icon missing | Wrong browser or skipped Share step | Retry in Safari → Add to Home Screen |
| Login fails after install | Typo or new duplicate signup | Recover original account on the login page |
| Download never finishes | Weak 4G / congested night network | Switch to Wi-Fi; pause other downloads |
The icon is only the door. Money movement and offers still follow the same website rules.
Follow login habits. Never share OTPs with “install helpers.”
Deposit from BDT 200 with bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank via the payment guide.
Activate welcome/reload on the bonus page before spinning or betting through that deposit.
Start with slots, cricket, live casino, or lottery—not all at once.
Longer cashback progress stays on the VIP Club track for the same account.
When a new build appears, return through download / this install guide—not SMS mystery links.
Most post-install losses in Bangladesh are social engineering, not broken icons—fake helpers, rushed OTPs, and shared phones.
Quick answers for Android steps, iPhone PWA, blocked installs, accounts, Wi-Fi vs data, and what to do after setup.
Download the official APK from the d71.com download hub, allow install permission for that trusted source once, complete the installer, then sign in with your existing account. Full APK safety notes are on the APK page.
Open the official site in Safari, use Add to Home Screen to create the iOS PWA icon, then launch from the home screen and sign in with the same phone or email used at registration.
Enable install permission only for the browser or file manager that saved the official package, retry the installer, and turn the extra permission off again afterward if your phone allows it. Do not switch to random third-party APK sites.
No. Sign in with the same credentials from registration. A second account can break bonuses, VIP progress, and withdrawals.
Wi-Fi is safer for the first APK download or PWA cache, especially during evening peak hours in Dhaka and Chattogram. After the icon works, lighter sessions can continue on stable 4G.
Sign in securely, confirm you are on the official experience, deposit from BDT 200 if needed, opt in for bonuses before playing, then open one product with a set budget.
Complete Android or iOS setup, sign in once, and keep every session inside a budget you can afford to lose.
Adults 18+ only. An icon on your home screen makes it easier to reopen the cashier—set limits before you play. If any install file comes from a stranger, discard it and restart from d71.com.
